Guidelines on Fee payment through Axis Bank Net work

ISB&M has entered into a tie up with for collection of the students’ fee through select branches of Axis Bank across India.
Instructions and guidelines on how this system would work is explained as under:

1. Students can deposit fee through Axis Bank select branch network across India.

2. 159 branches of Axis bank across India have been selected and nominated for collecting fee from students of ISB&M.

3. Fee can be deposited by using the “Axis Bank - Fee Deposit Challans”. The challan formats can be downloaded from the ISB&M web site (www.peg.org.in). Challan would be in duplicate – one would be retained by Axis bank branch as their copy, and the other Students’ copy would be handed over to the students.

4. The course and the location against which the fee is desired to be paid is pre-printed along with the relevant bank account number in the challan.

5. The challans have been named giving reference of location_ Course_Entity. Students can download the challan relevant to his/her course and the location/campus where they are enrolled.

6. Students must ensure details in the challan are all correctly filled up in all respect. Incomplete or ambiguous information shall not be accepted by Axis bank.

7. By virtue of this arrangement, the student belonging to any of the campus would have the option to deposit the fee in any of the select branches in India.

8. Payment of fee in the Axis Bank branch shall be by way of demand draft payable at the branch of the city where the fee is being deposited. For example, a student studying pursuing UG BBA course in Nande intending to deposit the fee at Patna, can deposit the fee with the challan in any branch nominated in Patna by way of demand draft payable at Patna.

9. The demand draft shall be drawn in favor of “Peoples’ Empowerment Group, A/c ISB&M” for all students enrolled in Nande.

10. Axis bank can accept cash up to a maximum of Rs 50,000/- per deposit challan. Amount exceeding .Rs 50,000/- would have to be paid only by way of demand draft.

11. .On depositing the fee, the branch shall hand over the students’ copy with the bank’s stamped receipt which would serve as the receipt to the students.

12. Students would arrange to hand over a xerox copy of the receipted challan of the fee deposit to the Accounts department in the location where they are enrolled.
