Dr. Pramod Kumar
President

Ph.D. (Organizational Behaviour), IIT, Bombay. Former Chairperson-Placements, XLRI Jamshedpur.
Ex-Director, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Consultant to 80 plus companies
worldwide. Author of more than 100 Research Papers Cases and Management Games. Served on Government of India Committees on Management, Education. Internationally quoted scholar.
 

 

The greatest strength is our core competence in developing professional competency and career building. The programmes are planned with clear sense of direction towards future career of students. We recognize that career building involves clearly focused goals. Towards this end, we plan to set high standards of performance.

In an era of fast paced changes, recognizing, identifying and proactively responding to emerging trends and scenarios is the key to success. Given the rapid application of technology, the Bachelor’s Degree Programmes in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering and Electronics & Telecommunication are being offered at ISB&M School of Technology.

We will be in constant and close touch with a large number of rapidly growing companies and evolving industry through several consultancy projects, regular on-campus-seminars and presentations by Industry stalwarts.
We have also started BBA and BCA programs of University of Pune. With a team of highly accomplished faculty and an excellent infrastructure, we are confident to deliver high standard programs.

Was with Tata Motors, Maruti Udyog Ltd., IRSO and Braithwaite & Co. Limited. EICEP (Euro-India Cooperation & Exchange Programme)

Visiting Professor at University of Bielefeld, Germany. Also teaches in Denmark and UAE. Has around 50 Publications. Was a Member of Board of Directors of Uranium Corporation of India Ltd. under the Dept. of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India. A corporate consultant.

Principal, ISB&M College of Commerce

Ph.D. (Economics), Mumbai University.
Worked as Principal at Dempo College of Commerce, Goa.
Was awarded the “Best Teacher Award” by Rotary Club, Panaji.
A prolific writer with several publications.
Has authored books and contributed a number of articles in journals, seminars, newspaper and electronic media.
Has more than three decades of teaching experience.

DISCIPLINE AND CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Carry Identity Card with you all the time.

  • Switch off mobile phones in the classrooms, Library, Computer Labs and during academic activities.

  • Maintain silence in the corridors, inside and outside the classrooms.

  • Attend all lectures, tutorials and extra-curricular activities regularly.

  • Read notice board regularly.

  • Use library, and computer Labs during free time.

  • Not to spoil and disfigure library books.

  • Avoid writing /scribbling on the walls, benches of the classroom.

  • Not to spoil institute property and waste institute resources.

  • Keep the campus neat and clean.

  • Cooperate with institute authorities in maintaining the lawns and gardens.

  • Switch off lights, fans and ACs while not in use.

  • Not to indulge in rude and indecent behavior with the faculty, staff and other students.

  • Respect other's independence.

  • Observe self-discipline, and punctuality.

  • Report to the Principal in case of an exigency.

  • To wear formals/college uniform as and when desired by the institute.

  • Must take prior approval of the Principal for remaining absent.

  • Smoking, consumption of alcoholic and drugs in the campus are strictly prohibited.

  • Maintain the dignity of your's as well as of the institute both inside and outside the campus.

 

Ragging All the concerned students and parents should note "If any incidence of ragging comes to the notice of the authorities, the concerned students shall be given liberty to explain and if his/her explanation is not found satisfactory, the college authorities would expel him/her from the college. "As per the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India; and the University of Pune letter reference no. CA/2283 dated 27th March 2008.

Ragging in any form is prohibited in the college. Ragging is illegal and a criminal offence under law. For a reported case of ragging, it is mandatory to initiate disciplinary process and also report the same to the Police. Students are to refrain from any kind of ragging and it will be considered as gross indiscipline.

Reservation of Rights

The Management of the International School of Business & Media reserve the right to change policies, systems and procedures, faculty mix, regulations affecting students or any other suitable modifications, should these be deemed necessary in the interest of the programmes and the institute.
