Admission Procedure
Admission process is on for

Admission to First Year (F.E.)
Eligibility:
Candidate should have
- Passed Class XII with English, Physics,
Chemistry and Mathematics.
- Scored 45% in PCM for General Category and 40 % for
Backward class categories
- Have a valid MHT-CET 2011/AIEEE 2011
score.
Admission guidelines given by the Directorate
of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra will be followed.
Admission through CAP
Candidates looking for admission to
non-management quota seats are advised to fill their CAP
Applications online at
http://www.dte.org.in/fe2011/ at the earliest. The
deadline for submission of forms online and verification of
forms in person at the ARCs is 2nd July 2011. For more

application button is at the top left hand corner.
Once the DTE publishes the merit number, the
candidates are required to fill their option forms. 6622
is the code for ISB&M School of Technology. For details about
the intake and branch code refer the table given below under
Sanctioned Intake.
Admission to institute quota seats
In order to be considered for admission against
institute quota seats, as a first step, candidates should
submit the ISB&M School of Technology application form.
This can be downloaded from the link given below. Form should
be submitted to the ISB&M admission office together with
requisite fee and documents. Based on availability, suitable
candidates will be offered admission. For more details contact
the Admissions office at ISB&M School of Technology.
Institute level admissions to seats remaining vacant after CAP
rounds
Some seats may remain vacant after the
completion of the 4 CAP rounds. Candidates are advised to be
on the lookout for advertisements for these seats and are
encouraged to submit the application form along with fee and
documents at the ISB&M Admissions office. In case of any
vacancies after the CAP rounds, these applications will be
considered in accord with DTE guidelines for vacant seats.
Direct Admission to 2nd year (S.E.)
Eligibility:
The Candidate must be an Indian National and
should have passed Post-SSC or Post-HSC
Diploma Course in Engineering/Technology with Minimum 60.00 %
marks. Diploma course can be:
- of the Maharashtra State Board of
Technical Education (MSBTE)
OR
- of any other Recognized Diploma1
equivalent to the Diploma awarded by the Maharashtra
State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) with English as
the medium of instruction
at Diploma level.
OR
- of any other AICTE approved Institution
which has been granted Academic Autonomy by
the Government of Maharashtra or University in the State
of Maharashtra.
This process of direct admission to second year
starts only after the First year results have been declared
and seat availability has been computed based on any valid
transfer requests.
Institute will only be able to offer direct
admission to second year only for the seats remaining vacant
after the CAP process is conducted by Directorate of Technical
Education, Maharashtra (DTE) for second year direct entry.
Candidates are encouraged to register with the admissions
office for further updates on this process. Please refer to

direct second year entry.

Fee Structure:
The tution fee will be charged as per Shikshan Shulk Samiti
guidelines and rules.
Cancellation of Admission and Refund of Fees will be as per
the rules of DTE, Maharashtra.
Parents and students should note that any complaint or
grievances should be brought to the notice of the Principal.
All legal disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
All other fees such as university examination fees, form fees
etc. strictly as per the rules.
Tuition Fee is accepted through Demand Draft only.
Demand Draft should be payable at Pune, in favour of
“Principal, ISB&M School of Technology”
